The Horn of Plenty Program Needs Your Help!
In over 40 years of deliveries, the Horn of Plenty Program has made deliveries of food, toys and ministry gifts to more than 12,000+ families. Over the years families in more than 75 different communities have been the recipients of help provided by the Horn of Plenty. When it began in 1984 it had a goal to help 25 families, but we didn't realize how serious the needs were in our community for a program like the Horn of Plenty. The first year was an eye opener as our goal of 25 families went to 84. And every year since, on to two weeks of food has been provided to more than 1,000 people in 2023 to 400 families and the children in the families average between 500 to 750 that are under the age of 17.
We are expecting that this years numbers could be as large or larger than before. This is where you come in. The Horn of Plenty brings communities together to help these families. The Horn of Plenty Program only makes deliveries to families within a 70 mile radius around Minot, North Dakota.
